In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ora78 platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ora78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any Account for which satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ora78 platform is operated and marketed primarily for players resident in Indonesia. You must not access or use the platform if you are located in a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ora78 assumes no liability for any breach of local law by a User.

2.3 Single Account

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one Account on the ora78 platform. If ora78 discovers that a User holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different identities — ora78 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any Balance held therein without prior notice.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use your Account on behalf of any third party, provide access to your Account to any other person, or operate any Account as a business, syndicate, or professional gambling operation.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the ora78 platform, you must complete the registration process via the ora78 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or required to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other security credentials associated with your Account;
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying ora78 immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

ora78 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ora78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a User breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) ora78 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; (c) required KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable time; or (d) an Account is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

ora78 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. All Accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.

4.1 Required Documentation

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of BCA, BRI, OVO, or DANA account registered in your name);
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the verification team.

4.2 Verification Timeline

ora78 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay are available during this time. Completing your KYC verification as early as possible after registration ensures that withdrawal requests are processed without delay.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ora78 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit channels are processed domestically within Indonesia. The available methods and any associated processing times are displayed at the cashier section of the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by ora78, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your ora78 Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within five minutes during normal banking hours. ora78 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

5.4 Deposit Source

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. ora78 reserves the right to return funds and close Accounts where deposits are identified as originating from third-party sources.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals are available to all Account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ora78 Account. The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Daily maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and verification status. 6.3 Processing Times

ora78 processes withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) within one hour. Requests submitted after 23:00 WIB will be processed by 08:00 WIB the following day. ora78 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Processing delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ora78's control.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds that have been received as Bonus Credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Deposited real-money funds that have not been wagered at least once in any game on the platform may be subject to a one-times (1x) rollover requirement before withdrawal, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. 7.1 General Bonus Rules

ora78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Credits must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus value before any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ora78 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Conduct considered abusive includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes; and using automated software or bots in conjunction with any promotional offer. ora78 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close Accounts where abuse is identified.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Bonuses and promotions are available to players aged 21 and over who have completed account registration. Some promotions may be restricted to specific geographic regions, game categories, or deposit methods. Promotions have defined expiry dates and any unused Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon expiry. ora78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ora78 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of any technical error resulting in the display of obviously erroneous odds, ora78 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.

8.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on the ora78 platform operate in real time. Odds on live markets are updated continuously and may be suspended or withdrawn at any point during an event. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the ora78 platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own rules and published return-to-player (RTP) percentage. 8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the settlement period; an event result being subsequently reversed following official review; or confirmed technical errors in odds compilation or game delivery. All void-bet decisions made by ora78 are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ora78 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another person's;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the Sportsbook;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game or the platform itself;
• Placing bets using insider information not publicly available at the time of placement;

All content on the ora78 platform — including but not limited to the ora78 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ora78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any software; or using the ora78 brand in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without ora78's prior written consent.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by ora78 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ora78 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 13.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk. By using the ora78 platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds wagered. ora78 provides no guarantee of winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during normal platform use by eligible, verified Account holders.

13.3 Third-Party Content

While ora78 takes reasonable steps to partner with reputable, licensed providers, it does not accept liability for any errors, malfunctions, or fairness issues arising within third-party game engines. Any disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be directed to ora78 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider.

13.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ora78's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ora78 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ora78 will notify registered Account holders via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ora78 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Balance and the closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ora78 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact ora78 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
